Cash on Delivery Orders
Anika Voyages operates exclusively with a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. As such, customers are encouraged to inspect their items thoroughly at the time of delivery before completing payment.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and tags.
